- Replace filters for the owner if needed

- Check duct work
- Check airflow

- Inspect water and drain system for leaks
- Camera main line in the yard (only if cleanout is available)
- Flush water heater/tankless
- Inspect all stops and shutoffs
- Inspect toilet tanks and base seals
- Inspect caulk on shower valves
- Inspect all faucets and fixtures for leaks
- Inspect water spigots for leaks
- Check the water pressure on your main water system
- Priority scheduling is included
- 1 inspection per year
